By accessing or using PrismX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.

PrismX is a Chrome browser extension that uses artificial intelligence to help users create tweets, replies, and social media content. The service:

• Analyzes your public Twitter posts to learn your writing style
• Generates content suggestions based on your unique voice
• Provides tools to discover relevant tweets and engage efficiently
• Offers analytics about your brand voice and Twitter presence

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Responsibly: Review and edit AI-generated content before posting
• Own Your Content: You are responsible for everything you post using PrismX
• Follow Twitter's Rules: Comply with Twitter's Terms of Service and community guidelines
• No Spam: Don't use PrismX to create spam, misleading content, or violate others' rights
• Accurate Information: Ensure any facts or claims in your content are accurate

Acceptable Use

You may NOT use PrismX to:

• ❌ Create harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• ❌ Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• ❌ Harass, bully, or threaten individuals
• ❌ Spread misinformation or propaganda
• ❌ Violate intellectual property rights
• ❌ Manipulate or game Twitter's algorithms
• ❌ Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

Content Ownership

You own your content. PrismX does not claim ownership of any content you create using our service.

However, by using PrismX, you grant us a limited license to:

• Analyze your public tweets to improve voice matching
• Store generated content temporarily for regeneration features
• Use anonymous, aggregated data to improve our AI models

AI Limitations and Disclaimers

Important: AI-generated content is not perfect. You acknowledge that:

• AI may produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or nonsensical content
• You must review all content before posting
• PrismX is not liable for content you choose to publish
• The AI learns from your past tweets but cannot guarantee perfect voice matching
• Results may vary based on the quality and quantity of your existing Twitter content

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all systems or browsers
• Permanent availability of any feature

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PrismX at any time without notice.

Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PrismX if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the service in a way that harms others or PrismX
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

You may stop using PrismX at any time by uninstalling the extension.
